Giveaway time!

As I mentioned in the previous post, we decided it is time to host a giveaway. Some days it’s hard to find the time to post but you readers have made it truly enjoyable for me to share our stories and I want to thank you. Cocco too. He likes the audience and the attention. So thank you for following Cocco’s adventures!

We are very excited about hosting our first giveaway and we hope you will participate.

While most of you are animal lovers and many of you have blogs of your own devoted to your pets, some of our loyal readers are pet-less friends that just enjoy reading about Coccolino. We want to thank all of the blog subscribers, regardless of whether you have a pet.

Therefore, the giveaway will be two $25 e-gift cards to Amazon so that anyone in the world (hopefully!) can redeem it online.

That means two of you will win. We could even point the winners in the direction of our friend Snoopy’s Mischief Master Class book available on Amazon if they are looking for some entertaining reading. You will even have some money on the gift card left over!

As with any giveaway, there are some rules:

1. This giveaway is to honor our subscribers. Whether you were one of the first subscribers (and we know who you are and thank you!) or you decide to subscribe today or anytime during this giveaway, you will be eligible. There is no spam, that’s a promise. You are only subscribing to read about our mischievous pal Cocco. The subscribe box is on the right and we truly do appreciate you following this blog, hence the giveaway :-)

The giveaway will be based on number of points. So if you have two points, your name will be entered into the virtual name pile two times. We will use Random.org to pick the winners.

2. Once you are subscribed (one point), the only thing you need to do is leave a comment on this post any time during the giveaway to confirm you are participating (one point).

After you are subscribed and have left a comment on this post, you don’t have to do anything else if you don’t want to. You will be entered into the giveaway with two points.

If you want, you can gain bonus points toward the giveaway in the following ways:

a. Share this post on Facebook or another social media platform (via the buttons below) = one point. Only one share during the giveaway will count.

We aren’t complaining if you’d like to “like” or share our pages, but we don’t want to overwhelm any new friends with piggy squeals and kisses…yet…so that’s why only one “like” or share will count for the giveaway.

b. You can share or mention this giveaway post on your blog if you have one and that will count for one point.

c. Send your favorite picture of your pet for Sunday Spotlight! This counts as one point. For those of you that have already sent one in, it will be counted as a point towards the giveaway if you are participating. You’re welcome to send another one if you’d like and that will be an additional point. Send to katie@myminipetpig.com with Sunday Spotlight in the subject line.

This giveaway begins today and ends one week from today on Friday, December 21, at 7pm EST. I will announce the winner the following Monday, December 24th.

    You’re such an awesome little piggie!! THANK YOU so much for mentioning my book, if only I’d known you when I started writing it, you’re definitely mischievous enough to have made it into the book!! :)

    Cool! I LOVE amazon:) I’ll have to check out that book. My mom has a children’s book on Amazon too! Bunny’s Tale I got to do all the layout for the book. It may or may not be a childhood story about me;)

      Coccolino Minipig is on FB but I have to update that a little. We’d love to be your FB friends though!

            Now we have a fan page! My mini pet pig. We have been on Facebook forever (okay, I have) but never set up a fan page so we are just getting started :-)

    I love reading about little Cocco and have been an RSS subscriber for some time. I tried to do the email subscriber thing but I couldn’t get it to work. But maybe that’s because I used the
    subscription form in the sidebar. I’ll try the one below the comment and see if it will work that way
